Why I built RivlWatch

Hi — I'm Angelos.

I've spent a lot of time around Greek and EU dropshipping and DTC brands, and the same thing kept frustrating me: almost everyone was guessing. Guessing which hook would land. Guessing what the competition was scaling. Guessing why someone else's ad was clearly working while ours wasn't. We'd open the Facebook Ad Library, scroll for an hour, screenshot a few ads into a doc, and still walk away without really understanding the strategy behind what we were looking at.

The strange part is that the answers were already public. Meta is legally required to publish what brands run, and — here in the EU — the DSA transparency rules expose how far those ads actually reached and roughly who they reached. The information was sitting right there. It just wasn't readable. Nobody has three hours per competitor to watch every video, transcribe every hook, and piece together the audience by hand.

So I built RivlWatch to do exactly that — properly. Not another wall of ad thumbnails, but a tool that actually readsa competitor's creatives the way a senior strategist would: watching the videos frame by frame, catching the spoken hook and the closing CTA, mapping where the reach really landed, and then handing you the part that matters — what they're doing, what they're not doing, and the angles you can own. And because knowing what they sell matters as much as knowing what they say, it tracks their Shopify sales live too.

My belief is simple: you shouldn't have to outspend your competitors to outsmart them. You should be able to see what's working, understand why, and move faster than the people still screenshotting the Ad Library.

RivlWatch is still growing, and I'd genuinely love your feedback — what's useful, what's missing, what would make it indispensable for the way you work. You can always reach me and the team at support@rivlwatch.com. I read every message.

Thanks for being here.
